Raffaele is a partner with more than 17 years of combined public and private accounting experience. He provides accounting, assurance, and business advisory services to public and private companies. Raffaele primarily services clients in the real estate industry. From real estate private equity funds to real estate investment trusts (REITs), he works with a diverse group of clients and property types, including commercial, multi-family, and retail.

Raffaele’s experience includes accounting for real estate transactions ranging from both the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments to the financing and refinancing of real estate assets. Raffaele has performed GAAP audits as well as IFRS audits in the real estate industry. Additionally Raffaele specializes in the audits of various employee benefit plans.
