About Yelena
Yelena Podkolzin is a tax partner in Marcum’s New York City office. With a focus on the real estate industry, she has 10 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to property owners, developers and managers, REITs, institutional investors, and hotel owners/operators.
Yelena spearheads all aspects of tax compliance and oversees the preparation and review individual, corporate, partnership and foreign information returns. Working closely with her clients, Yelena helps to manage their domestic tax compliance and filings, and assists clients with foreign tax exposures.
Yelena is a member of Marcum Women’s Advisory Board.
