George Bodenberg is a Director in the Firm’s Assurance Services division and a member of the firm’s Not-for-Profit Committee. He joined Marcum in 2015 via the Firm’s merger with Frost, Ruttenberg, & Rothblatt P.C., one of the largest full-service accounting firms in the Chicago region.

He has over 30 years of experience and a focus on not-for-profit organizations’ tax compliance , review and audit, George has been working with not-for-profit organizations throughout his career.

He reviewed audit and tax returns for firm not-for-profit clients including: arts and cultural organizations, museums, professional trade Associations and social welfare agencies, for accuracy and compliance. He continues to review federal and state tax filings at Marcum.
